About deposit:
To confirm the booking and block the date out for driver and guide, 100USD or 600RMB is requested through paypal or wechat pay or Alipay.
The deposit is refoundable if you cancel the booking 7 days before scheduled service date.

For the confirmation of the tour we request 100 US dollar as a deposit.
You may ask for a paypal transfer request from us , or you can choice any product on our webside for 100$ deposit payment.(www.tomshanghai.com)
If you want us to book hotels, airfare, train tickets in advance for you then we request you need to pay more deposit for those extra service!
To make the full payment of the tours via paypal or credit card Master card. There is 4% service fee charged by paypal.

After booking and confirmation, we accept cash payment when we meet up on the day of your tour. If you can’t pay the deposit in advance and you are absolutely certain that you will not cancel the trip with us, please contact us to negotiate the terms of cash payment. We are flexible and wish to accommodate to your every convenience!
